This section of the site provides information about the GCR to help members in their day-to-day lives.
What is the GCR?
The Graduate Common Room refers both to the community of graduates at Christ Church, and to its rooms, which are on the first and second floor of staircase 7 in Tom Quad. Most other colleges use the equivalent term Middle Common Room. The undergraduate community is known as the Junior Common Room, and the fellows of the college make up the Senior Common Room.
